Our Community sits on 14 wooded acres with plenty of space for relaxing, picnics or even enjoying outdoor games with friends and neighbors. Pine Ridge Estates is also a pet friendly community and welcomes both cats and dogs with some restrictions. Contact us for details. Pine Ridge Estates has all 2-bedroom homes with either 1 or 1 ½ bathroom floor plans. Many of our homes include a stack-able washer and dryer as well as dishwashers and air conditioners. Our Community amenities include heat and hot water in all of our homes, a laundry center, cardio room, outdoor party pavilion, playground, community garden, communal char coal grills, picnic tables, Dog Park and Basketball Court, we also host monthly events for the residents.
