Pet Policy

Limit 2. Weight restrictions apply. Signed documentation from a veterinarian verifying weight of pet at maturity is required upon registering a pet. Cats, small cage or tank animals like lizards and hamsters are also allowed. Ferrets are not allowed. All pets must wear an identification tag at all times. All pets must be licensed and inoculated in accordance with local laws. Proof of this must be shown at time of lease pet registration. Tenant agrees that the pet(s) shall not be taken outside the premises (including the patio or balcony) without a leash. The pet shall be walked only in the area(s) so designated by Landlord. Pets may not be tied up or left unattended on patios, balconies or any other areas outside the apartment.
